I'm Johnny Hansen, a REALTOR® with Zander Real Estate Team based in South Jordan, Utah. I focus almost entirely on new construction in the Salt Lake Valley and Utah County — South Jordan, Herriman, Riverton, Lehi, Saratoga Springs, Eagle Mountain, and the surrounding areas.
I built this site because I kept watching buyers walk into builder offices without any of the information they actually needed. The builder's sales team is professional and helpful — for the builder. My job is to be that for you.
